This page contains links to free search machines of OHIM and WIPO with the help of which you can perform identical searches after Community Trademarks and International Trademark Registrations.
This is not a clearance search, since the two search machines do not enable you to search for all similar marks in certain classes. Moreover, if you wish to perform full availability searches, you also have to search the national registers of the member states of the European Union. However, by searching these two important databases, you can get an indication or first impression about the trademark you intend to file.
